Privacy Notice.
This notice explains how CryptoTracka handles information during the invitation-only Founding Beta.
Who is responsible
CryptoTracka is the service responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@cryptotracka.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, password hash and account timestamps.
- Portfolio information: holdings, transaction records, source labels, cost-basis information, orders and alert settings entered or imported by the user.
- Preferences: language, display currencies, sorting and selected portfolio source.
- Technical and security information: server logs, IP address, browser/device information and error records generated by the hosting environment.
- Support information: messages, screenshots and files voluntarily provided when reporting a beta issue.
Information we do not request
CryptoTracka does not ask for exchange passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys, payment-card details or permission to trade or withdraw cryptoassets.
How information is used
- Provide, secure and maintain the beta service.
- Reconstruct portfolio records and display requested analysis.
- Save account preferences.
- Investigate defects, misuse and security incidents.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
- Prepare anonymised or aggregated beta findings that do not identify an individual tester.
Why we process information
Information is processed to provide the beta service requested by the user, to protect the service and its users, and where necessary with the user's consent—for example, when the user chooses to upload portfolio records or submit a support report.
Who receives information
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers used to host and secure CryptoTracka. Market-price providers receive asset-price queries but are not intentionally sent a user's complete portfolio identity. CryptoTracka does not sell personal information to advertisers.
International processing
Hosting and support providers may process information outside the user's country. CryptoTracka will use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the information and the beta stage.
Retention
Account and portfolio information is generally retained while the beta account remains active and for a limited period needed for backups, security and dispute handling after deletion. Support records may be retained where needed to document a defect or security incident.
Your choices and rights
Users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal and security limitations. Users can also export transaction and portfolio records from the Account page. Requests should be sent to privacy@cryptotracka.com.
Philippine users can learn more about privacy rights from the National Privacy Commission.
Cookies and local storage
The application uses session and preference storage needed for sign-in, language, currency and interface functions. The public website does not include advertising trackers or analytics in this release.
Security
CryptoTracka uses access controls, password hashing, HTTPS hosting, restricted administrative functions and backup procedures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected vulnerabilities should be sent privately to security@cryptotracka.com.
Changes to this notice
The effective date will be updated when this notice changes materially. Significant beta changes will be communicated through the application or the registered email address where practical.
