Terms of Use.
These terms govern invitation-only access to the CryptoTracka Founding Beta.
1. The service
CryptoTracka is a read-only portfolio record and analysis service. It is not an exchange, wallet, broker, custodian, tax agent or financial adviser. CryptoTracka does not execute trades or move funds.
2. Beta status
The Founding Beta is unfinished software supplied for controlled testing. Features may change, calculations may require correction, and access may be interrupted. Users must independently check important figures against their original records.
3. Eligibility and invitations
Access is limited to invited users who can lawfully use the service. Invitations are personal, may expire and may be revoked. An invitation may not be sold or publicly redistributed.
4. Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate registration information, protect their password and notify CryptoTracka promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Users are responsible for activity performed through their account unless caused by CryptoTracka's own failure.
5. User records
Users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and backup of data they upload or enter. CryptoTracka may reject unsupported or malformed records and may preserve audit information about corrections or imports needed to maintain data integrity.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to access another person's data, interfere with service security, overload the service, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or use CryptoTracka for unlawful activity.
7. Beta feedback
Users may provide defect reports and product suggestions. CryptoTracka may use that feedback to improve the service without owing compensation, while avoiding publication of personally identifying portfolio information without permission.
8. Market information
Market prices may be delayed, unavailable or different from an exchange's executable price. Portfolio values, gains, losses, targets and alerts are estimates based on the available records and market data.
9. Availability and changes
CryptoTracka may modify, suspend or discontinue beta features, impose reasonable usage limits, revoke access for security or abuse, and perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
10. Ending access
A user may stop using the beta and request account deletion. CryptoTracka may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, legal requirement or closure of the beta. Users should export records before access ends where possible.
11. Responsibility and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided without a guarantee that it is error-free, continuously available or suitable for investment, tax or accounting decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Applicable law
These Founding Beta terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the user in another jurisdiction.
